HOW IT WORKS / WHAT YOU GET

Peace of mind!!
By the end of your appointment, you'll have a completely clear and accurate understanding of your rig and any action items required to make it safe and legal. You can continue on your trip knowing that you rig is effectively balanced and that you won't be suffering what many others do; dangerous rigs with voided insurance.
 

Shawn will start by setting up the site of the weighing so that it's safe and your rig is protected.

The next step is then to gather some information of you and your rig and enter that in our system.

He will then set up the state-of-the-art digital scales ready to
begin.

Once everything is set up, Shawn will help you to drive onto the
scales where he'll do a series of weighing of your rig.
 

With all the weights taken, they'll be punched into the computer where all the calculations and checks will be done.

You will receive a full 3-page printed report featuring over 50 measurements and easy to read summaries. Shawn will run through the report in detail and provide training on understanding weights and safe loading. A soft-copy will also be emailed to you for safe keeping and easy access.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
A typical appointment for up to 2 items (cars, caravans etc) is 1 hour.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A VEHICLE SUITABLE TO PULL MY TRAILER ONTO THE SCALES?
Shawn can do this for you on any trailer, camper or caravan with a 50mm ball, DO35 or Polyblock, up to 3500kg  ATM and 350kg ball-weight . (No charge)

CAN I MOVE THINGS AND TEST AGAIN
Yes. We can shuffle things around up to a maximum of 1 hour total appointment time.

WHAT IF MY RIG IS NOT LEGAL?
Don't worry, Shawn will work with you and help you with options. Usually weight can be moved around to make it legal. Water tanks can also usually be emptied. In the event that the rig cannot legally be taken home, we can tow it for you or arrange transport (fees apply).
